Who can buy from Amazeus?

Businesses, systems integrators, resellers, distributors and public agencies. Resale of products bought here is permitted.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Some items ship in full boxes and carry a minimum order quantity, shown on the product page. Items without a stated minimum can be ordered by the unit.

How does volume pricing work?

Volume prices apply automatically in the cart when the quantity reaches each tier. For quantities above the top tier, send a quote request to customerservice@amazeus.net.

Which frequency band do I need?

LoRaWAN radios are sold per regional band: US915 for the United States, Canada and much of Latin America; EU868 for Europe and parts of Africa and the Middle East; AS923 for much of Asia; AU915 for Australia and New Zealand. The band is shown in each product title or specification.

What does surplus or sold as-is mean?

Surplus items come from inventory lots and are sold in the condition stated on the product page. Items that arrive dead or differ from the listing can be reported within 10 days of delivery under our refund policy.

What does "available on order" mean?

The item ships from distributor stock. We confirm the ship date by email after you order.

How do you ship?

Parcels ship by USPS or DHL Express at the rate shown at checkout. Pallet orders ship by LTL freight after you approve the freight quote. See Shipping and Delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. The buyer pays duties and taxes and confirms that each radio's band is permitted in the destination country.

How can I pay?

By card at checkout. Bank wire, ACH and purchase orders are available for approved business accounts; email us to set one up.

Can I buy tax-exempt?

Yes. Send a valid resale or exemption certificate to customerservice@amazeus.net before ordering and we will apply it to your account.

Can the devices run on a managed platform?

Gateways, small cells and sensors in this store can be provisioned on IoT-LogIQ, the industrial IoT platform from Senzary, with network server, dashboards and alerts. Ask us for a quote.
