1. Who we are

amazeus.net (the Store) is operated by Digital Talk LLC, 2800 Glades Cir, Ste 146, Weston, FL 33327, United States (Amazeus, we, us). By using the Store or placing an order you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Wholesale Terms.

2. Business buyers

The Store sells equipment to businesses, integrators, resellers and distributors. You confirm that you buy for business purposes and have authority to bind the business named on the order. Resale of products bought here is permitted.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe each product, its frequency band, condition and quantity as accurately as we can, using manufacturer-published specifications. Surplus items are sold in the condition stated on the product page. Product photos show the model sold; packaging and labels can vary.

4. Prices, minimum order quantities and volume pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping. Some items carry a minimum order quantity, shown on the product page. Volume prices apply automatically in the cart at the quantities shown. For quantities above the top tier, request a quote. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders before shipment.

5. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example when stock is insufficient or an order fails fraud screening. Payment is due at checkout unless we agree written payment terms with you.

6. Taxes and exemptions

Sales tax is charged where required. Buyers claiming a resale or other exemption must send a valid certificate before the order ships.

7. Shipping, title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier.

8. Returns and warranty

Returns follow the Refund Policy: unused items in unopened packaging within 30 days with an RMA number; surplus items sold as-is may be reported dead on arrival or not as described within 10 days. New products carry the manufacturer's warranty where the manufacturer offers one. Except as stated in these Terms, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Compliance and export

You are responsible for using radio equipment in line with the rules of the country where it operates, and for complying with US export control and sanctions laws when you export products.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or downtime.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
