Shipping and Delivery

Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 3 business days after payment clears. Items marked available on order ship from distributor stock, and we confirm the ship date by email after you order.

Ship-from locations

Orders ship from our Florida warehouse or from the storage location that holds the pallet for that item. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one shipment.

Domestic shipping

Parcel orders ship by USPS or another carrier at the rate shown at checkout. Pallet and freight-size orders ship by LTL freight; we email the freight quote before shipping, and the order ships after you approve it.

International shipping

International orders ship by DHL Express at the rate shown at checkout. The buyer is the importer of record and pays duties, taxes and customs fees unless we agree otherwise in writing. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the frequency band of each radio (US915, EU868, AS923 or AU915) is permitted in the destination country.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships.

Damage and loss

Inspect every delivery and report damage within 5 days as described in our refund policy. We file claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.
